Payment
We’ll send you an invoice for your stay at Casa Giulia shortly after you book online, which will allow you to pay us directly via Stripe or PayPal. If you fail to pay within this period, you may lose your reserved dates if they’re released and booked by someone else.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please notify us 5 full days before the beginning of your stay to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of any and all deposits and payments you’ve made for that stay. If you have a last-minute emergency and can’t give us that much notice, that’s okay! We understand that these things happen; contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a solution. We also recommend you take out a comprehensive trip cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen eventualities.
No-shows
In the event that you do not cancel your reservation and fail to utilize the house during your reservation period, you will still be responsible for the full cost of your stay. Please notify us as soon as possible of any emergencies or extenuating circumstances so we can work with you to find a solution.
